For a new account, use your chosen exchange's Walloat partner signup link and complete the required KYC. Then register your UID in Exchange Benefits in Walloat Assistant and check the verification result. For an existing account, review Referral change eligibility first.

Complete the signup process at the exchange, then register your UID in Walloat Assistant. The Sign up button opens the exchange's registration page; completing signup and verifying your UID are the next, separate steps.

After UID submission, we check the link between your exchange account and Walloat. Once the result shows VERIFIED, Futures trades that meet the exchange's applicable terms qualify for Payback.

Open Exchange Benefits in Walloat Assistant to check the status. Exchange data can take time to update. If your account stays pending, check the UID and exchange you entered, then contact support for help.

Existing accounts can use benefits when they meet the exchange's requirements. Explore Referral change and the exchange detail page to find the conditions for your account.

The exchange's Payback rate is applied to the fees you actually paid on eligible Futures trades. The displayed fee rate after Payback helps you compare savings; settlement uses fee records confirmed by the exchange.

Exchange fee records are confirmed, Payback is reviewed for settlement, and payment follows. VERIFIED confirms the account link; check the payout history separately to confirm that payment is complete.

Choose the sending exchange, receiving exchange and coin to compare supported networks and transfer availability. You make the transfer yourself at the exchange; confirm the address, network, Memo/Tag and fees before withdrawing.
