1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Walloat, including walloat.com, Walloat Telegram bots, Telegram Mini Apps, asset-status tools, transfer-route tools, alerts, Exchange Benefits, UID registration, partner-attribution functions, Walloat Payback where available, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services after these Terms become effective, you agree to these Terms.
Specific features may be subject to additional terms. Walloat Payback is additionally governed by the Walloat Payback Terms.
2. Eligibility and Regional Availability
You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to do so and your use is permitted under the laws and requirements applicable to you.
You are responsible for determining whether a cryptocurrency exchange or related service is available and lawful in your jurisdiction.
Walloat may restrict the availability of a Service, exchange, feature, or benefit based on jurisdiction, partner conditions, legal or regulatory requirements, security, or operational considerations.
The appearance of an exchange on Walloat does not mean that the exchange is available or appropriate for every user or jurisdiction.
3. Services Provided by Walloat
Walloat may provide services including:
- exchange asset availability and operational status;
- deposit and withdrawal status;
- blockchain network availability;
- exchange-to-exchange transfer-route information;
- Telegram alerts;
- educational and market information;
- partner exchange information and Exchange Benefits;
- UID registration and partner-attribution verification;
- Payback eligibility, status, settlement, and related information where available.
Available functionality may vary by exchange, country, account, product, language, device, or service stage.
4. Walloat Is Not a Cryptocurrency Exchange
Walloat does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange and does not execute trades on behalf of users.
Unless expressly stated for a future feature, Walloat does not control users' exchange accounts and does not custody the crypto assets held in those accounts.
Opening an exchange account, trading, transferring assets, using leverage, or using an exchange service is a transaction between the user and the relevant third-party provider.
Walloat does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Exchange and Network Information
Walloat may collect, organize, normalize, and display information obtained from exchange APIs, official notices, public sources, partner information, and Walloat monitoring systems.
Walloat seeks to provide useful and timely information, but exchange and blockchain-network information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, temporarily unavailable, or changed without notice.
A transfer route or operational status displayed by Walloat does not guarantee that a particular transaction will succeed.
Users should verify current conditions with the relevant exchange before making a deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or trade.
6. Exchange Benefits
Walloat may provide information about benefits associated with partner exchanges.
Such benefits may include exchange-provided fee discounts, campaigns, bonuses, eligibility options, and Walloat Payback where available.
Benefits may differ according to exchange, product, account type, jurisdiction, new or existing account status, campaign period, partner attribution, or other conditions.
A benefit shown as pending, onboarding, draft, conditional, or under verification is not a guaranteed benefit.
7. Partner Relationships and Compensation
Certain exchange links, buttons, registration paths, or other access methods provided through Walloat may be partner or affiliate paths.
If a user registers or trades through an eligible partner arrangement, Walloat may receive compensation from the relevant exchange.
A commercial relationship does not mean that Walloat guarantees or independently endorses the exchange for every user.
Further information is provided in the Walloat Partner Relationship & Compensation Disclosure.
8. Telegram and Mini Apps
Some Walloat Services use Telegram for authentication, access, bots, Mini Apps, or communications.
When authentication is required, Walloat may use authentication information supplied by Telegram to establish an authenticated Walloat session.
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their Telegram accounts, devices, and authentication methods.
Telegram is an independent third-party platform, and outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or other conditions originating from Telegram may affect the availability of Walloat Telegram Services.
9. UID Registration and Partner Attribution
Where UID registration is available, you must submit the correct UID associated with an exchange account that you are authorized to register.
You must not submit:
- another person's UID without authority;
- false or manipulated account information;
- an account for which you are not entitled to claim benefits;
- duplicate registrations intended to obtain duplicate benefits.
Submission of a UID does not itself establish Payback eligibility.
Eligibility may require successful partner-attribution verification, an active Payback policy, eligible trading activity, and other applicable conditions.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use Walloat to commit fraud, obtain unauthorized access, manipulate eligibility or settlement records, interfere with Walloat systems or security controls, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or materially abuse the Services.
Walloat may investigate and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or legal violations.
11. Third-Party Exchanges and Services
Third-party exchanges and other external platforms are independent from Walloat.
Your relationship with a third-party exchange is governed by that provider's own terms, privacy policy, fee schedule, trading rules, KYC requirements, eligibility criteria, and regional restrictions.
Walloat does not control changes made by third-party exchanges to fees, account eligibility, product availability, promotional programs, APIs, or operational policies.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Walloat may add, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary because of maintenance, security, legal requirements, exchange or partner changes, data-source changes, abuse prevention, product development, or operational considerations.
Where a change materially affects an established Payback or settlement-related user right, Walloat will handle that right according to the applicable policy, Payback Terms, and applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Walloat name, brand assets, interfaces, software, original content, designs, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Third-party exchange names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of the Services does not transfer ownership of Walloat intellectual property to the user.
14. Service Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Walloat does not guarantee that:
- the Services will always operate without interruption or error;
- exchange information will always be complete or real-time;
- a displayed transfer route will remain available;
- an exchange will accept a user's account or transaction;
- a promotion or benefit will remain available; or
- use of Walloat will prevent trading, transfer, blockchain, or market losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Walloat is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party exchange, blockchain or network failure, Telegram or API outage, market-price movement, user trading or transfer decisions, incorrect information supplied by the user, or circumstances outside Walloat's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Account Restriction and Deactivation
Users may stop using Walloat at any time and may submit privacy or account-deactivation requests through contact@walloat.com.
Walloat may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse, security risks, legal or regulatory requirements, partner restrictions, or discontinuation of a Service.
Account deactivation does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of records that must remain available for pending Payback settlement, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or other legitimate retention purposes.
Personal data is handled according to the Walloat Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
Walloat may update these Terms when Services, partner arrangements, operational requirements, or applicable legal requirements change.
Material changes will be identified with a new version and effective date and communicated where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
A new version will not retroactively eliminate a validly accrued Payback right solely because later commercial terms are less favorable.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
However, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections that apply to a user under applicable law.
Where possible, users are encouraged to contact Walloat first regarding a dispute or service issue.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from using a court, regulator, dispute-resolution body, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
